Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us directly.


Local Pickup (Optional)

Local customers may have the option to select in-store pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Tea Nook is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving it with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tea Nook is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
